City of Bryan Sewer Rehabilitations, Phase I & II: Since 2012, J4E has been working with the City of Bryan to utilize trench-less technologies to rehabilitate out-grown and failing sewer mains in the older subdivisions around town. Most of these mains are backlot, in heavily developed areas with conflicting utilities that make traditional open cut methods difficult and costly. With specifications developed by J4E, pipe busting and slip-lining are helping to improve service and capacity across the City .
