J4 Engineering was founded in March 2007 by Glenn Jones, PE upon returning home to the Brazos Valley after serving as the Director of Public Works for the City of Horseshoe Bay. Drawing on more than 15 years of municipal utility and private sector experience, we set out to provide professional and comprehensive engineering services to the Bryan-College Station and surrounding areas. Since then, we have worked with local developers and contractors on a wide variety of projects including conceptual development plans, site plans, subdivision and utility designs.

We offer a full complement of civil engineering expertise to support our clients' design needs.
