AggieXpress: AggieXpress is a new Exxon convenience store at the corner of Holleman and Harvey Mitchell Pkwy in College Station. J4E worked closely with the neighboring town home development to create and plat the project with joint access; extend and connect water utilities and sidewalks; and obtain TxDOT permitting. Site design elements include: storm drainage systems with detention facilities, TxDOT roadway improvements, and pavement and parking design.
