Bryan located off Old Hearne Road. The subdivision consists of 19 ac
master planned into 85 lots across three phases. Water and sewer utilities
are designed to extend and loop the existing City of Bryan system to
provide services to all proposed lots. Regional storm water detention
serves the entire subdivision while adding common area/ parkland for the
residence.
