Health Science Center Parkway: With the continued development of Texas A&M University's Health Science Center, the City of Bryan developed and extended the Health Science Center Parkway. This four-lane, boulevard style roadway connects businesses as well as Traditions Subdivision to State Highway 40. J4E developed the contractor's Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), permitted the construction site with TCEQ, and performed regular site inspections to keep the project compliant with local and state storm water regulations.
